Powerhouse Performance Kit

The Play Mat is thick enough to cushion my knees during planks but not so bulky that it’s hard to roll up. Having the Power Ring and Beam together in one kit makes it easy to switch between exercises without hunting for different gear.

The Bala Beam is the surprise favorite here—I use it for lunges and overhead presses and it feels way more balanced than a regular barbell. The Play Mat is thick enough that my knees don't complain during floor work. Three pieces that actually earn their spot in my tiny apartment gym.

The Power Ring has completely changed my home workouts, especially for lunges and presses. The mat is thick enough that my knees don't ache on the hardwood, and the beam adds a nice balance challenge. Three pieces that actually work together.
