Quick answer
Choose the Powerhouse Performance Kit if you want a dedicated strength-training bundle with a mat and the Bala Beam. Pick the Neon Total Body Kit if you need a versatile, design-forward set of wearable weights for intense full-body workouts at a lower price.
What each kit includes
The Powerhouse Performance Kit bundles Bala's strength-training essentials: a Power Ring, a Play Mat, and a Bala Beam. You can select your preferred colors and weight options for the ring and beam.
The Neon Total Body Kit is an all-in-one set designed for a functional home gym. It features neon-colored wearable weights that attach to clothing or accessories, making it ideal for high-intensity workouts where you want to add resistance without bulky equipment.
Key differences in workout style
The Powerhouse Performance Kit is built around the Bala Beam, a curved bar for core and upper-body work, and the Power Ring, a weighted ring for resistance training. The Play Mat provides a cushioned surface for floor exercises.
The Neon Total Body Kit focuses on wearable weights—ankle and wrist bands that let you move freely during cardio, barre, or Pilates. It's less about standalone equipment and more about adding resistance to any movement.
Trade-offs at a glance
