Daniel ★★★★★

I was surprised how comfortable the Power Ring is to grip during lunges. The Bala Bars feel substantial enough for actual resistance work.

George ★★★★★

Finally have a complete set that matches, and the Power Ring adds a whole new level of grip work I didn't know I was missing. The Bala Bars are just the right weight for my lunchtime arm routine.

Brian ★★★★★

I was skeptical about the Bala Bars being worth it, but they add just the right challenge to my barre workouts. The whole set feels really solid and the colors pop nicely.
