放鬆套組

I’ve been using the weighted items from the kit during evening stretches, and they add just enough resistance to help me really settle down. The design-forward look actually makes me want to keep them out instead of hiding them away.

The kit has genuinely helped me carve out a wind-down routine after late shifts. I love that the included foam roller is dense enough to actually release tension in my shoulders without being painful.

I was skeptical at first, but the foam roller in this kit has just the right amount of firmness for working out knots after a long day. The whole set feels thoughtfully put together, and I’ve already used it every evening this week.
