I was surprised how much the towel actually stays put during hot yoga — no sliding around mid-pose. The grip on the mat is solid even when things get sweaty, and having both in matching colors just feels right.

I sweat a lot in hot yoga, and this towel really does grip the mat instead of sliding around under my hands. Getting them as a set in matching colors was a nice touch too.

The mat's grip stays solid even when I'm dripping sweat, and having the matching towel to wipe down between sets is a nice touch. I just wish the towel was a bit larger for hot yoga classes.
