The mat's cushioning is exactly what my knees needed during roll-ups, and the way it stays put on hardwood is a game-changer. Every session feels like a mini reset, and I've actually found myself looking forward to my stretches more than usual.

I've been using this kit daily and the plush mat really cushions my spine during roll-ups. The strap is also wider than I expected, which makes it easier to grip during stretches.

I was a bit skeptical of the kit price, but the capsule mat is noticeably thicker and really helps my knees during planks. The included exercises are a solid bonus for anyone new to Pilates.
