紮根力量套組

I’ve been using the play mat for floor workouts and the beam for core moves — the mat stays completely put, which is rare for me. The beam’s weight feels just right for adding resistance without throwing off my balance.

Finally got my hands on this kit and the beam's texture is perfect for grip during lunges. The mat doesn't slide at all on my hardwood floor, which was my biggest worry.

I picked the 10 lb beam and it doubles as a balance challenge when I hold it overhead during lunges. Being able to choose my own colors for both pieces was a nice touch, and the mat has just enough cushion for floor work.
