I’ve been using these blocks for my home practice, and the soft foam really cradles my knees in kneeling poses without any sinking. The stability is solid enough to hold me in a handstand prep without sliding.

I was nervous about balancing on a foam block for tree pose, but this one doesn't wobble at all under my full weight. The foam has just enough give that my standing foot doesn't ache after a long hold, yet it still feels solid.

I use this for lunges and squats, and the foam is firm enough that it doesn't squish down under my weight. It's light but stays put on my hardwood floor, which surprised me.
