The Bala Bangles add just enough resistance to make my reformer sessions feel more intense without being bulky. The kit has everything I need for class, and the bottle fits perfectly in my bag.

The Wavy Bottle is perfectly sized for sipping between sets without leaking in my gym bag. Using the Bala Bangles on the reformer adds just enough resistance to feel the burn without breaking form. This kit has made my studio sessions feel more complete.

The Bala Bangles feel substantial without being bulky, and the wavy bottle actually keeps water cold through an entire class. This kit has everything I need for reformer sessions without having to piece together gear myself.
