Having both weights in one set is perfect for switching between upper body moves and squats without interrupting my flow. The 2 LB is great for shoulder work, while the 3 LB adds that extra burn on lunges.

Ava U. ★★★★★ Oct 17, 2026

I love that the 2 LB ball gives me a solid warm-up before I switch to the 3 LB for the real burn — perfect progression for my arm day routine.

Matthew ★★★★★ Oct 13, 2026

The 3 LB pair caught me off guard — twenty minutes of swings and my shoulders were toast. Having two balls instead of one means I can actually alternate sides without stopping, which keeps my heart rate up the whole time.
