Harper Q. ★★★★★

I’ve been using the weighted bangles during my morning jogs and they stay put without slipping. The jump rope has a smooth spin that makes double-unders feel easier. Great combo for getting my heart rate up fast.

Christopher T. ★★★★★

Finally got this set and the jump rope feels much smoother than my old one, plus the ankle weights stay put during high knees. Exactly what I needed to mix up my home cardio routine.

Hannah H. ★★★★★

I’d been using resistance bands that always slipped, but these Bala Bands stay put even during burpees. The set feels sturdy and well-balanced.
