The resistance bands have just the right amount of stretch for my pilates practice without snapping back. I love that everything fits in one small bag, so I can actually take it to the park.

I picked the lighter weight option and they're perfect for barre—not so heavy that my shoulders burn out halfway through. The bands roll up small enough to toss in my carry-on, so I've been keeping up with pilates even in hotel rooms.

The bars have just enough weight to make my at-home pilates classes actually feel like something, and they're small enough to toss in my bag for the park. The bands snap back nicely without rolling up mid-move, which was my biggest annoyance with my old set.
