The curved edges make it surprisingly comfortable to grip during seated twists, and the foam holds my weight without any give. I’ve started leaving it on my desk just to fidget with between Zoom calls.

I've been using this block in my home practice and love how the soft foam gives just enough support without being too hard on my joints. The rounded shape makes it easy to grip during balancing poses.

This block's structural foam is firm enough for support but has a little give that makes it comfortable under my hip in pigeon pose. I keep it on my desk between sessions because the shape actually looks nice sitting out.
