Bala Big Band

Finally, a band that actually stays put during hip thrusts without rolling up. The thickness gives just enough tension for a deep stretch without feeling flimsy. Makes my home reformer-style workouts feel legit.

Finally, a resistance band that actually stays put during lunges and rows. The material has just enough grip to not slide on the floor but still feels smooth against my skin. I’ve been using it for glute bridges and it gives a surprisingly solid workout.

Didn't expect a single band to replace half my home setup, but this thing covers stretching and strength work in one. The jumbo size gives enough resistance for squats and rows without fighting to keep it anchored.
