The fabric is really soft but the silicone nubs are the real game-changer—I didn’t budge a single inch during a sweaty hot pilates class. It’s already become my go-to mat towel.

I was skeptical about the silicone nubs keeping the towel in place during hot yoga, but they really work—no slipping at all. The fabric is surprisingly soft and soaks up sweat quickly. It’s held up well after a few washes too.

I sweat a lot in hot yoga and this thing soaks it all up without getting soggy or bunched up under my hands. The silicone nubs kept it locked to my mat through every downward dog, which I didn't expect to matter this much.
