De Starterskit

The Bala Bars feel surprisingly substantial in hand for their size, and the Power Ring adds a nice challenge to my usual routine. Really happy I went with the heavier bangles—they stay put during squats without sliding down. Perfect little setup for quick home workouts.

I was skeptical about ankle weights being comfortable, but the Bala Bangles' velvety strap actually stays put without digging in during squats. The whole kit looks sleek stacked on my shelf too, which is a nice bonus for a home gym.

The power ring has become my go-to for quick core sessions between meetings, and the bars are perfect for presses when I don't feel like driving to a gym. Everything tucks into a corner of my apartment, which is exactly what I wanted.
