Power Flow Kit

The wavy mat’s curves really force me to engage my core differently than any flat surface I’ve used. The 10 LB ring is solid and easy to grip, even when my hands get sweaty mid-workout. Just the right amount of challenge for my home sessions.

Wasn't sure about the Power Ring at first, but it's surprisingly easy to grip and adds just the right challenge during ab work. The wavy mat's texture keeps me stable even during the sweatier moves, and the whole set feels like it was designed to work together.

The wavy mat stays put on hardwood floors even during dynamic moves, which is a huge plus for me. The power ring adds just enough resistance to feel the burn without being overwhelming.
