I've been using this for balance work during my lunch breaks, and the pulse mode really challenges my core in ways I didn't expect. The compact size makes it easy to toss in my bag for quick sessions anywhere.

Didn't expect a little ball to make my shoulders burn this much, but the pulses during my morning flow are no joke. It's light enough to toss in my gym bag and use on the go. Balance work feels way more targeted than plain bodyweight moves.

The size is perfect for keeping on my desk, and I love that I can just squeeze it while on calls to relieve tension. It's surprisingly sturdy and hasn't lost its shape after weeks of daily use.
