ピラティスエッセンシャルキット

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bangles are during leg lifts—they stay put without sliding. The bars add just enough resistance to make the core work feel more challenging.

The bands have just the right amount of resistance for my glute bridges, and the bangles stay put during leg lifts. I’ve already noticed a difference in my core engagement after just a week.

I was a bit worried the bars would be too heavy for me, but the weight distribution is perfect and really deepens every move. The whole set feels sturdy and well-made.
