I love how these bands stay put during pilates without rolling up, which is my biggest pet peeve with others. They’re also super easy to toss in my gym bag and take anywhere.

The bands are surprisingly sturdy and stay put during my pilates routine, no slipping at all. They're compact enough to toss in my gym bag without taking up space. Really glad I picked these up.

Used these for the first time during a pilates session and they stayed put through every single glute bridge. The fabric is thicker than most bands I've tried, which makes them feel much more durable.
