I was hesitant about the mat's thickness, but it’s actually perfect for cushioning my knees during hip openers. The bangles fit snugly and don't slide around during flow, which I love. This kit has everything I need for a solid home practice.

The balance blocks are surprisingly sturdy and don't slide at all during practice. I love having a complete set for home flows, and the mat provides just the right amount of grip even when I'm sweaty.
