طقم المقاومة

The bands have just the right amount of resistance for my home routine without being too bulky, and the bangles add a nice challenge during lunges. Everything arrived quickly and the colors look even better in person.

The mat is the surprise standout—thick enough to protect my knees during lunges, and the bangles stay put without sliding down my wrists. I’ve been using them for every workout, from yoga to HIIT, and the weight feels just right.

Finally got the bangles and bands in my favorite colors—the fabric feels way more premium than I thought it would. Already used them for a full yoga flow and a quick walk, and they stayed put the whole time.
