I was a bit skeptical about the kit price, but the way the weights stay put during lunges is a game-changer for my home workouts. The finish feels nice and sturdy, and I’ve definitely noticed more control in my movements.

The grip on these weights is solid—no slipping even during sweaty lunges. They’ve made my home workouts feel more controlled and grounded, exactly what I needed for low-impact days.

I’ve been using these for my at-home lunges and they really lock my feet in place—no sliding at all. The combination of resistance and stability makes low-impact work feel much more deliberate.
