Sculpt & Slide Kit

I was a bit skeptical about the wavy mat, but it’s actually super grippy and comfortable for floor work. The bangles stay put during lunges without sliding around. Perfect for adding resistance without bulky weights.

I was skeptical about the wavy mat at first, but it provides just the right amount of grip during lunges and planks. The whole set feels well-made and the sliders work great on carpet too.

The wavy mat has just enough texture to keep my hands from sliding during plank work, which I didn't expect to notice so much. The Bala bangles add a nice burn to my warmup walks, and the sliders glide smoothly on the carpet too. Genuinely happy with this whole set.
