The toning balls are a perfect weight for arm work and add a nice challenge to leg sequences. I've been using them with the loops every morning since they arrived.

I've been using the loops for side-lying leg work and they stay put way better than the flat resistance bands I had before. The two toning balls add just enough weight to make glute bridges feel like actual work. Great little kit for the price.

The weighted toning balls are heavier than I expected and add a real challenge to my reformer routine. The loops are stretchy enough for leg work but don't slide around, which was my main worry. Been using this set three times a week and my arms are already feeling it.
