مجموعة أساسيات البيلاتس المنزلية

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the resistance band holds its shape during lunges—no slipping at all. The mat's grip keeps me steady even during the faster transitions. This set really streamlined my home routine.

The resistance bands have the perfect tension for my Pilates reformer moves, and the set’s compact storage bag keeps everything tidy between sessions. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks and already feel stronger in my core and glutes.

The foam roller has just the right amount of firmness to help with muscle recovery after a session, and the set feels well-put-together. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now and my core strength is definitely improving.
